The minimum age for purchasing and selling tobacco products, including vaporizers, has been raised to 21 in New Jersey. The bill, signed into law by governor Chris Christie today, makes New Jersey the third state in the U.S. to raise the minimum age to 21.

Our service will be updated for all customers using our vaping rule preset when the law goes into effect in November. Customers who attempt to purchase from a store located in New Jersey, or those who are ordering from New Jersey must meet the new requirement. Any customers who were previously verified will also be unable to purchase if they are under 21.
